A researcher in cellular physiology at the University of Illinois, Chicago in 1990, Phil left graduate school to found Two Point Conversions—now Two Point. At that time, his pharmacist father asked Phil if could create a program that would migrate all legacy data from his father’s old computer system to a new one, and Phil put his energy into finding a solution. With the creation of that data conversion solution, Phil founded Two Point. Alongside the company’s inception, he developed proprietary ETL language and pioneered compliance data archiving and large-scale automated data collection and transformation. Phil retains that innovative curiosity to break new boundaries and help customers achieve what others think is impossible.
President & CTO
Bob began his interest in process management at Information Resources, Inc., where he helped design and implement production process redesigns that led to long-term reductions in cycle time and results greater than 95 percent accuracy. He brought his penchant for design and process change to Two Point in 2002, when he started as an account manager. Over the years, Bob has guided the creation of Two Point’s proprietary quality control tools, process and organizational design. Bob also has served as the Director of the Chain Acquisitions working with many of the top drug store chains in North America. His dedication for detail is what makes Two Point’s work in data migration, archiving, and recovery the industry leader.
VP of Business Development
Nikko Jones began his career in health care working at a community pharmacy in 2007. After working directly in patient care for nearly 8 years, Nikko brought his pharmacy industry experience to Two Point as a Chain Pharmacy Services Account Manager, eventually being promoted to Special Projects Manager. Throughout his tenure at Two Point, Nikko has played a key role in process and production improvements for data migrations, image conversions, and archiving projects, earning his promotion to Director of Operations. Nikko has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master’s of Science in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Chicago where he received top honors.
Director of Operations
Pete Voas brings 30+ years of Management and Information Services organizational experience to his role of Director of Administration. Starting first as a client of Two Point at a large, national pharmacy chain, he has 12 years of Healthcare IT experience. This multi-year experience with Two Point led to his joining the team in 2016 as Director of Project Management. Pete has performed multiple roles in his IT career, including Project and Program management, Compliance and Governance Lead, Business Analyst, and various technical roles. His current role of Director of Administration includes Finance and Human Resources areas and he earned an Accounting degree at Augustana University.
Director of Administration
Andrew Kulpa started at Two Point as a Software Engineer on the Hospital team focusing on archiving and conversions. Through his experience engineering solutions for multiple operational areas of Two Point, Andrew has been able to overhaul Engineering and Operational processes resulting in reduced cycle time and expanded organizational capabilities. Andrew has a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.
Director of Engineering
Midhad joined the Two Point team in 2019 as the Senior IT manager where he led the internal IT department. After he successfully completed his first SOC 2 audit, he assumed the role of Compliance Officer. Midhad graduated from Northeastern Illinois University in 2003 with an honors degree in Computer Science. He has since had over 20 years of experience as a service driven IT leader where he has excelled in solving technical computer and business problems. His reputation precedes him for his creative problem solving capabilities with regard to resource management and cost control.
