Our company, Two Point Conversions, has an available position for Azure Cloud Systems
Engineer. Our company has been the leader for over 30 years in pharmacy data conversion, data
migration, archiving and warehousing. This position will report directly to the Senior IT
Manager.
About the Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic well rounded Azure Cloud Systems Engineer that is ready to
hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, results-driven individual who can create great solutions for our organization's higher-level needs. The best candidate will also be a team player, excellent listener and communicator, with the ability to explain why their solutions are the best fit. We are looking for someone comfortable in a small IT shop who enjoys wearing many hats, and is not afraid of a challenge.
This person will also

This role specifically focuses on the responsibility of migrating on-premises systems to Azure and transitioning other cloud platforms to Azure. Additionally, the candidate will educate
stakeholders across IT and the wider business about cloud initiatives while ensuring the security
and stability of the cloud infrastructure, playing a vital role in developing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the organization's cloud-based solutions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Create/update cloud environment configurations to establish/support application
workloads, including configuration of Subscriptions, Resource Groups, VNets, Subnets,
load balancers, App Services, Azure Batch, Virtual Machines, resource tagging, billing,
policy implementation, and security controls.
● Build and update Azure Network entities and Azure Application/server & cost
management.
● Develop and implement network strategies and understand the application data flows.
● Create functional design specifications, Azure reference architectures, and assisting with
other project deliverables as needed.
● Identify opportunities for migration of existing systems to cloud-based offerings.
● Take ownership of a cloud-based environment, including standards creation and
enforcement.
● Configure monitoring and alerts for cloud resource availability and performance.
● Ensure Azure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available.
● Create and maintain documentation on cloud infrastructure, services, and offerings.
● Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, and provide
associated training when necessary.
● Set up, configure, and manage Microsoft Tenant environments, including Azure Active
Directory (AADDS), virtual machines, storage, virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways,
and network security groups, following best practices and industry standards.
● Provide proactive system support; including daily review of systems logs, manage
backups and data recovery, distribute patches and upgrades and maintain a secure
working environment.
● Administer and maintain a secure user environment and shared resources in general in
accordance with applicable security best practices and optimal resource accessibility.
● Maintain, and enhance a secure corporate working environment by developing and
implementing access and auditing standards that conform to HIPAA guidelines.
● Perform systems engineering activities in all phases of a project, to include discovery,
design, build, test, and deploy.
● Create documentation for the procedures and methods as used to fulfill assigned tasks
in a format that will enable others to reliably repeat those operations.
● Create, maintain and update diagrams/documentation of evolving infrastructure and
operational procedures.
● Attend regular training and conferences as necessary to maintain up-to-date skills and to
develop new ideas relevant to our systems and industry in general.
● Be available after hours and weekends to perform scheduled work that cannot be done
during normal business hours and to respond to emergencies in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
● A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in systems administration and support in an
enterprise Microsoft Active Directory based environment is necessary as well as five (5)
or more years of experience in Azure infrastructure setup, configuration, and
management.
● A Four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university with a major emphasis in
an information systems related area or equivalent is also strongly desired.
● Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and experience in integrating on-premises
infrastructure with Azure.
● Experience with Azure networking including Load Balancer, Express Routes, Virtual
Networks, Peering, BGP, Security rules.
● Experience with automation, orchestration and scripting technologies (i.e. PowerShell,
Bash, Azure CLI, Terraform)
● Experience and understanding of security requirements for cloud like Azure AD, IAM,
Web Application Firewalls, Data protection
● Experience working in an environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA,
NIST, PII, SOC 2, etc.)
● Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Clear communicator in both written and verbal form for a variety of audiences.
● Experience implementing Virtualization technologies such as KVM, ProxMox and
VMWare.
Preferred Qualifications
● At least 4 Azure Certification (AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-204 Developing
Solutions for Microsoft Azure, or AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate) preferred.
● Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
● Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration
platforms like Kubernetes on Azure.
● Knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or other Azure services relevant to our business domain.
● Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Azure infrastructure and services.
● RedHat, CentOS and Ubuntu system administration experience to provide technical
problem solving and in-depth consulting relative to system operations.

Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will work with internal and external Stakeholders to create and evangelize the product vision, mission and measures that define and deliver the value desired from the product. You will work with stakeholders and customers as well as a cross-functional development team to deliver high-quality products that bring measurable value to the organization.
Holding the ultimate accountability for the product definition that best meets the needs of the business, you will bring your strong leadership and organizational skills to bear to maintain a roadmap for a constant and steady release of business value through the product.
Responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing the value of the product(s) and the work of the Scrum Team(s).
Leverages customer insights to drive data-backed decisions.
Defines and communicates the product vision, product roadmap, and release plan; determining the overall reach of the product.
Develops, communicates, and maintains user and buyer personas.
Creates and maintains the product backlog(s) for products within the pharmacy data and general electronic healthcare data domains.
Collaborates with Stakeholders to deliver the highest value features at the earliest possible moment.
Ensures that the product being developed satisfies the customer needs and demands.
Prioritizes product backlog items; with a focus on demonstrating product value early and continuously.
Coordinates with product owner(s) to ensure cross-product alignment.
Determines when new features or enhancements are ready for release.
Work closely with others on UI/UX to establish an overall customer experience vision for the product.
Employ product management practices and tactics including customer research, customer interviews, data and analytics, market research, and design thinking methods.
Work within a fully remote organization with possible in-person meetings quarterly.

Qualifications
Experience conducting customer research, customer interviews and design thinking methods.
Experience with human-centered design and UI/UX working with design partners to create wireframes and prototypes to provide to the team.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and align on a common goal and product vision.
Can collaborate well with other high-performing cross-functional team members.
Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Health Systems Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with agile software development methodology.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent certification is a plus.
Hands-on experience leveraging Scrum as the delivery framework is a plus.
Experience in one or more of the following domains is preferred: Healthcare in a clinical setting (strongly preferred), Pharmacy, managed care organizations (MCO).
2+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
