At Two Point, our data management process is based on over three decades of creating best practices for pharmacy migrations and archiving. We work diligently with our partner vendors and clients to tackle each conversion as a team, and encourage over communication to ensure that all members of the team are on the same page. Scoping
Each project is scoped individually with the client and vendor, depending on its unique requirements. In some cases, particularly for larger or Specialty projects, a gap analysis is performed. Discovery then follows if gaps are determined.

Discovery
Projects may begin with a detailed analysis of the requirements with the end users. We believe projects succeed up front with well vetted requirements by subject matter experts.

Extract
Once contracting is complete, we or your vendor remotely extract data, image, and example screenshots from your legacy system, transferring data securely to a file server either at Two Point or within your network.

Testing
